　　Describe the principal responsibilities of the job

1. Represent PT for all production, supply chain, quality, and technical on-site status meetings.
   代表（PT)加拿大总部参加生产、供应链、质量和技术现场会
2. .Validation of the supplier’s production readiness capability
   确认并掌控供应商资质
3. On-site solve queries and/or disputes.
   熟练应用专业知识解答可能出现的疑问
4. Collaborate with the supplier to orchestrate cost reduction efforts/results. Ensure proper guidelines
   同供应商一起控制成本，提供必要指导
5. Provide PT advanced notice of any known pending delays/risks
   及时发布供应延迟或风险通知
6. Participate with QA group to continuously enhance the relationship and outgoing quality of supplied products.
   质量监测工作，确保与供应商合作顺畅，保证产品质量

• Degree Level Education (practical experience equivalency will be considered).
  大学本科以上学历（相等实际经验者可考虑）
• 5-10 years experience in a senior Operations position would be an asset
  拥有5-10年资深操作工作经验者优选考虑

• Must have knowledge of contracts, planning and procurement processes, and manufacturing disciplines.
  须具备合同、计划和采购以及制造业规范的相关知识
• EMS/CM service experience is an asset (CCA fabrication and associated test is essential)
  具备EMS/CM服务经验者优先考虑(通晓CCA 震动以及相关测试)
• Working knowledge of IPC requirements, configuration control, and corrective action systems is essential
  熟悉IPC需求，配置控制以及校正动作系统的相关知识
• Strong organizational skills, an aptitude for self planning and execution of assignments
  较强的组织能力，自我规划能力强，独立完成工作
• Excellent IT skills are a necessity especially in basic desk-top tools such as Excel/Word/Access.
  优秀的IT技能，能够熟练操作如Excel/Word/Access等office工具
• P.C. based client server network.
  熟练使用基于PC的客户端服务器网络
• Provide focus, instruction, and recommendation to suppliers management and technical staff 为负责供应商管理的人员以及技术人员提供工作指导，帮助划分其工作重点并善于激励员工
